We hope you love every piece you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
We handle every return personally and fairly, because customer trust matters as much as craftsmanship.
Choose what works best
- Exchange for another size, style, or finish
- Store credit for future use
- Refund to your original payment method (less a 25% for admin fee)
Eligibility Checklist
To ensure your return or exchange can be processed smoothly, please confirm the following:
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- You have a valid order number or receipt
- All original packaging (box, pouch, care card) is included
- Overseas customers (outside Singapore) are eligible for returns only - exchanges are not available due to customs and logistics limitations
Exchanges
If you’d like to switch to a different size, colour, or design:
- Exchanges follow the same 14-day window.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send your replacement right away.
- If the replacement item costs more, you can complete the top-up via a secure payment link.
- If it costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit.
All exchange values are based on the original purchase price.
Discounts applied during your purchase remain valid; however, new promotions at the time of exchange won’t apply.
Returns
Prefer a refund or store credit instead?
- Refunds to the original payment method will have a 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds as store credit are free of charge.
- Returns must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you’ve received the wrong item or one that’s faulty, please contact us at hello@acaciajewellery.co within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We’ll make it right immediately. Replacements and shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
